血浆NO在阿尔茨海默病患者中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨血浆中一氧化氮(NO)水平与阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能损害的关系。方法运用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)检测入组患者认知功能,将其分为3组,即对照组(NC组,n=37例)、阿尔茨海默病组(AD组,n=48例)、血管性痴呆组(VD组,n=41例),分别用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELSIA)测定3组患者血浆NO水平。结果 NC组、AD组、VD组患者血浆NO水平分别为(16.00±6.63)umol/L、(41.01±16.40)umol/L、(21.28±6.71)umol/L,AD组患者血浆NO水平显著高于NC组、VD组(P<0.01);相关分析显示,AD患者血浆NO水平与MMSE得分呈负相关(r=-0.194,P<0.01);对AD患者各个认知领域的分值与血浆NO水平进行多元线性回归分析显示,血浆NO水平与AD患者记忆力、定向力、注意力和计算能力呈负相关。结论血浆NO水平测定有可能作为判断AD患者认知功能损害的生化指标,亦可作为阿尔茨海默病与血管性痴呆鉴别诊断的生物学指标。

Expression and significance of serum Nitric Oxide in Alzheimer disease

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between serum nitric oxide (NO) and Alzheimer dis- ease(AD). Methods The subjects collected 48 AD patients and 78controls,which including 41 vascular demen- tia(VD)and 37 normal controls(NC). Cognitive function and serum NO levels in three groups were tested by Mini. Mental State Examination (MMSE) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) respectively. Re- suits The levels of serum NO were (41.01± 16. 40) umol/1 in AD groups, (21.28 ± 6. 71) umol/1 in VD,and (16. 00 ± 6. 63) umol/1 in NC, and there were significant differences (P〈0. 01). The correlation analysis re- vealed that the serum NO levels were negatively correlated with the total MMSE scores (r = -0. 194, P〈 0. 01 ) ;Muhivariable linear regression showed that the serum NO levels were also negatively correlated with the memory scores, the orientation scores , the attention scores and the calculation in the AD groups. Conclusions levels of serum NO may be used as the biochemical indicator for observing AD,and may be used to differentiate AD and VD.
