| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的超声特征及超声诊断价值.方法 收集经病理证实的12例原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤患者的超声图像资料,并结合文献对其作回顾性分析.结果 12例甲状腺均明显肿大.9例表现为甲状腺内极低回声肿物或弥漫性甲状腺回声减低,后方回声增强.3例表现为甲状腺病变部位呈高、低混合的肿物回声.5例合并颈部淋巴结肿大,肿大的淋巴结回声极低.5例合并桥本氏甲状腺炎.结论 原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的超声表现具有一些特征,超声检查结合临床有助于准确诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the uhrasonographic features of primary thyroid lymphoma. Methods The ultrasonography of 12 patients with histologically confirmed primary thyroid lymphoma was retrospectively analyzed. Results The thyroid glands were enlarged in all patients. The tumors were manifested as hypoeehoic nodules or diffusely decreased echogenieity in the entire gland with posterior echo enhancement on 9 patients. Heterogeneous thyroid nodules with mixed low and high echoes were shown on 3 patients. Five patients had enlarged hypoechoic cervical lymph nodes. Conclusion There are characteristic ultrasonographic features that aid diagnosis of primary thyroid lymphoma. |
