| 摘 要： | 从中医奇经和络病理论探析多发性肌炎的诊治思路。指出内源奇经亏损，八脉失养，络气虚滞，外感风寒湿或风湿热之邪痹阻肌络是基本病机。确立扶元起萎，养荣生肌，健脾益肾为主，驱邪除痹，化瘀通络为辅的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | A thinking on the diagnosis and treatment of polymyositis (PM) was explored by the theory of eight extra meridians and collateral disease of TCM. The author pointed out that the endogenous impairment and malnutrition of eight extra meridians, stagnation of collateral qi, exogenous affection of wind - cold - damp or wind - damp - heat involving muscles and collaterals are th basic pathogenesis of PM. Supporting the primordial qi to relieve flaccidi-ty and nourishing ying to support muscles are the main therapy, and eliminating pathogenic factors, removing blood - stasis and dredging collaterals are the supplementary therapy. |
