老年慢性肺心病患者血浆内皮素－1含量与血液流变学的相关性研究

目的探讨老年性慢性肺心病患者血浆内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）含量与血液流变学指标的关系。方法对２３例老年慢性肺心病患者及１５例健康老人分别进行了血浆ＥＴ－１含量及血液流变学指标的测定。血浆ＥＴ－１测定采用放免法，血液流变学指标测定采用梁子钧法。统计学处理采用ｔ检验和相关分析。结果肺心病患者血浆ＥＴ－１含量和全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间及纤维蛋白原均较对照组明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＥＴ－１含量与全血比粘度（高切ｒ＝０．５１３，Ｐ＜０．０１，低切ｒ＝０．７０８，Ｐ＜０．００１）、红细胞压积（ｒ＝０．５４５，Ｐ＜０．０１）及红细胞电泳时间（ｒ＝０．５９９，Ｐ＜０．００５）均呈正相关，而与血浆比粘度及纤维蛋自原无相关性。结论老年慢性肺心病患者血浆ＥＴ－１含量与某些血液流变学指标呈明显正相关，这可能在慢性肺心病的发病机理中起重要的作用。

^The study on correlation between plasma endothelin-1 levels and hemorheology in senile patients with chronic ocr pulmonale

Objechve The purpose of this artical was to study on correlation between plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels and hemorheology in aged patients with chronic ocr pulmonale.Methods The levels of plasma ET-1 (radioimmunassay) and hemorheological indices (Liangzijun's method) were determined in 23 aged patients with chronic ocr pulmonale at acute attack stage and in 15 healthy aged persons. The statistical treatment of results were performed with t test and correlation analysis.Results The levels of plasma ET-1, blood and plasma specific viscosity, hematocrit, red cell electrophoresis time and fibrinogen in the patients with chronic ocr pulmonale were significantly higher than that of the control group (all P<0.01). ET-1 levels of the patients have parallel ralationship with the blood spicific viscosity (high shear: r=0. 513, P<0.01; low shear: r=0. 708, P<0. 001), hematocrit (r=0. 545, P< 0. 01) as well as Ted cell electrophoresis time (r= 0.599, P<0.005), and no correlation with plasma specific viscosity and fibrinogen.Conclusion The levels of plasma ET-1 have positive correlation with certain hemorheological indices, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic ocr pulmonale.
