| 摘 要： | 目的：研究傣雅解护肝方对D-氨基半乳糖致小鼠急性肝损伤模型的保护作用。方法：小鼠经傣雅解护肝方预防性灌胃给药7天后，腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖造模，24小时后检测小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）活性及显微镜观察小鼠肝组织病理学变化。结果：傣雅解护肝方各剂量组能明显抑制D-氨基半乳糖致小鼠急性肝损伤模型ALT、AST的升高（P〈O．05或P〈0．01）；减轻D-氨基半乳糖对肝脏细胞的病理损伤。结论：傣雅解护肝方对D-氨基半乳糖所致小鼠急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。

| Abstract: | objective:To study the protective effect of DYJHGF on acute liver injury induced by D-Gal in mice.Methods:DYJHGF was administered by pouring it into stomachs of mice for seven days preventatively,and then,acute liver injury model was induced by D-Gal.24h later,ALT and AST activities were measured.Results:Different concentrations of the DYJHGF significantly decreased the activities of serum ALT and AST(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and lighten the extent of degeneration and necrosis.Conclusion:DYJHGF showed protective e... |
