急性冠状动脉综合征患者肺炎衣原体感染与可溶性细胞粘附分子-1的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨肺炎衣原体 (CP)感染与急性冠状动脉综合征 (ACS)发病的关系及其作用机制。方法 分别采用微量免疫荧光法和酶联免疫吸附法测定 48例ACS组、3 8例稳定性冠心病 (SCHD)组和 3 0例对照组血清CP特异性抗体IgG、IgA和slCAM -1水平。结果 ACS组血清CP的慢性感染率和slCAM— 1水平明显高于SCHD组和对照组 (均P <0 0 1 ) ,且血清CP的慢性感染率与sICAM -1显著相关 (r=0 463 ,P <0 0 1 ) 结论 慢性CP感染可能通过上调sICAM -1表达而参与ACS的发病过程。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between chronic infection with Chlamydia pneumoniae(CP)and acute coronary syndrome(ACS) Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the plasma slCAM-1 and the microiommuno-fluores cence (MIF) method was used to measure serum specific antibodies to CP in 48 patients with ACS 30 stable coronary heart diseae(SCHD)and 30 normal control subjects.Results serum slCAM-1 levels and the postitve rate of chronic infection with CP were significantly increased in ACS group compared with those in SCHD group and the control group(P<0.01).A significant correlation was observed between serum slCAM-1 levels and the positive rate of chronic infection with CP(r=0.463,P<0.01).Conclusions Chronic infection with CP is highly related to the pathogenesis of ACS via up-regulating the soluble intercellular adheson molecule-1 expression.
