| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清HBV-DNA水平与HBV标志物(HBVM)表现模式的关系。方法对1223例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行血HBV-DNA荧光定量PCR分析,HBVM检测采用ELISA法。结果血清HBV-DNA水平与HBV M表现模式有关,HbsAg与HbeAg的存在影响HBV-DNA水平变化。结论HbeAg水平与HBV-DNA有明显的相关,抗-Hbc、抗HBc阳性者病毒未完全停止复制,只是复制水平降低。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relation between the nucleic acid content of hepatitis B Virus and hepatitis Bvirus markers. Methods: 1207 patients Suffering from Chronic hepatitis B were detected by ELISA Results: Serum HBV HDA content was related to hepatitis B virus markers. Conclusions:There is a Significant correlation between HbeAg and HBV - DNA, but positive Anti - Hbe and Anti - HBc have copies lower coyer. |
