胃疡灵冲剂治疗消化性溃疡的临床观察

目的观察胃疡灵冲剂治疗消化性溃疡（Pepti culcer Pu）的临床疗效。方法45例Pu患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用自拟中药方剂胃疡灵治疗25例，对照组采用雷尼替丁胶囊150mg每日2次口服；阿莫西林胶囊500mg每日2次口服，疗程均为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状及幽门螺杆菌（helico-bacter pylotic，Hp）感染的变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率为100％，对胃痛、胃胀、泛酸、嘈杂、嗳气、纳呆及HP的有效率分别为92．0％、94．7％、87．5％、83．3％、92．9％、94．4％；对照组临床总有效率为100％，对胃痛、胃胀、泛酸、嘈杂、嗳气、纳呆及HP的有效率分别为85％、72．2％、93．3％、84．6％、66．7％、68．8％，两组比较无显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论胃疡灵具有明显改善消化性溃疡临床症状及杀灭幽门螺旋杆菌的作用。

Clinical Study on Treating Peptic ulcer with Weiyangling Dose Bianbaduoji.

Objective：To investigate the effect of weiyangling dose on Peptic Ulcer.Methods：Eighty-five patients with PU were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 25 ） and the control group （ n = 20）. The treatment group was treated with Weiyangling Dose and the control group with ranifidine capsule 150mg rid po and amoxicillin capsule 500mg tid po for 4 weeks respectively. The clinical symptom and infection by helicobacter Pyloric before and aftertreatment in each group were observed. Results：The total clinical effectiverate was 100% in the treatment group, the effective rate about stomachache,gastrectasia-pant,thenic acid Noisy,belch,inappetence and infection by helicobacter pyloric were 92. 0% ,94.7% ,87.5% ,83.3% ,92. 9% ,94.4% respectively; The total clinical effective rate was 100% in the control group, the effective rate about stomachache, gastreetasia pantothenic acidnoisy, belch, inappetence and helicobacter pyloric were 85.0% ,72. 2% ,93.3% ,84. 6% ,66.7% ,68. 8% ,re spectively. There wash＇ t significant difference between the treatment group and the control one （p 〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Weiyangling Dose could improve clinical symptom and kill HP in the patients with Peptic ulcer（PU）
