摘    要:对碱酸法提取芦丁的工艺中二个不同pH值,及芦丁水解为槲皮素的最佳时间,进行了系统的考查,得出了较适宜的pH值,即碱提取为pH9.0,酸沉淀为pH2.0;芦丁水解最佳时间为90min;并以此制订了新的工艺流程,使芦丁及槲皮素纯品收率较原工艺提高近二倍。

Abstract:We have studied the two different values of pH in the extraction of Rutin with base and acid and their desirable duration of hydrolysis to Quercetin.The suitable pH values were as follows: pH 9.0 with base,pH 2.0 with acid;the desirable duration of hydrolysis was 90 min. Based on this result, we have come up with new technics to raise by twice the product of Rutin and Quercetin.
