护理干预对降纤酶治疗脑梗塞的疗效观察

目的探讨护理干预对降纤酶治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法将154例脑梗塞患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组78例,对照组76例,两组患者治疗方案相同(用川芎嗪针剂、脱水剂、低分子右旋糖酐、脑保护剂等支持治疗,同时加用降纤酶10U加入无菌生理盐水100~250ml中,静脉滴注1h以上。每日1次,2w为1个疗程)。对两组患者进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行特殊护理干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为89.74%,对照组为73.68%,观察组有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高降纤酶治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。

The Observation of Curative Effect in Brain Infarct Treated with Defibrase

Objective To investigate the curative effect of brain infarct treated with defibrase.Methods 154 cases were randomly divided into two groups,78 cases is experiment group,76 cases is contrast group.The curative project was homology in two group(based on routine treatment : dehydration, Low Molecular Dextran, brain protected drug ,added defibraseusage:10 unit defibrase was administered to 100 ml~250 ml NS one time a day, one period of treatment in two week). The experiment group was added special nursing except for routine treatment.We contract the clinical curative effect between two group.Results The availability rate in experiment group was 89.74% and the contrast group was 73.68%.Conclusion Nursing interference could improve the curative effect in the treatment of brain infarct by defibrase.
