HIV感染者免疫功能与病毒载量之间的关系

[目的]探讨HIV感染者体内免疫功能与病毒载量的关系。[方法]对113次血样进行病毒载量和CD4／CD8细胞数的检测。CD4／CD8细胞计数检测采用流式细胞仪的绝对计数法，病毒载量检测采用荧光定量PCR方法。[结果]HIV感染者体内的CD4细胞数与病毒载量的Log值呈负相关（r=-0．391，P〈0．001），CD4／CD8比值与病毒载量的对数值呈负相关（r=-0．34，P〈0．01）。CD4细胞数较低的感染者，CD8细胞数也较低。在HIV感染者体内，随着病毒载量的升高，CD4细胞数呈下降趋势。[结论]病毒载量与CD4、CD4／CD8比值有明显的相关关系。当病毒载量较高时，HIV感染者体内病毒载量与CD4细胞数、CD4／CD8比值的变化趋势相反。

Relationship between immune function and plasma viral load in HIV - infected people

[ Objective] To investigate the relationship between the immune function and plasma viral load in HIV -infected people. [ Methods] Techniques of fluorescent quantitative PCR and Flow Cytometry were used to detect HIV viral load and CD4/CD8 cell levels of 113 blood samples. [ Results] There was statistically negative correlation between HIV viral load and CD4 count or CD4/CD8 ratio. The CD8 cell levels were also low in the cases of low CD4 cell levels. With the raising of HIV viral load, CD4 levels descended. [ Conclusion] HIV viral load and CD4 count or CD4/CD8 ratio have significant correlations statistically. With high viral load level, the changing trends of viral load and CD4 count or CD4/CD8 ratio are on the contrary.
