角膜移植患者外周血中T细胞CD28分子的表达及其意义

目的　探讨角膜移植患者外周血T细胞及亚群CD2 8分子表达的变化及其意义。方法　于术前1d、术后第1、2、3、4周,应用流式细胞仪检测2 5例角膜移植患者外周血中CD2 8分子表达水平的变化。结果　角膜高血管化植床组患者术后外周血T细胞CD2 8分子表达比角膜无血管化植床组患者明显增高,也比术前明显增高(P <0 .0 1) ;6例发生排斥反应的患者均出于高血管化植床组;术后早期外周血T细胞中以CD4 + 细胞为主。结论　外周血T细胞CD2 8分子表达与角膜移植排斥反应关系密切,检测角膜移植患者外周血中的CD2 8分子表达可更早监测免疫排斥反应的发生

Studies on the expression and significance of CD28 on T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood after corneal transplantation

Objective To study the expression and significance of CD28 on T lymphocytes from the peripheral blood in corneal transplant recipients.Methods The flow cytometer was used to measure 25 patients the expression of CD28 on T cells from the peripheral blood.The examinations were done 1 day before corneal transplantation and at 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks postoperatively.Results After operation the expression of CD28 was significantly increased in the group with highly vascularized corneas than those without corneal vascularization,and than the preoperative values(P<0.01).Six patients with corneal rejection were all with highly vascularized cornea.The active T cells from the peripheral blood were mainly CD4~+ cells.Conclusion The expression of CD28 may closely correlated with corneal graft rejection.The determination of CD28 on T cells from the peripheral blood may help more early predict the occurrence of graft rejection in corneal transplantation.
