恩施土家族苗族自治州常见过敏性疾病相关过敏原检测结果分析

摘    要:目的探讨过敏性疾病患者发病与过敏原的关系,寻找该疾病常见的过敏原,为患者的脱敏治疗及预防提供依据。方法应用德国摩拉生物共振仪对过敏性疾病(荨麻疹、湿疹、哮喘、紫癜、鼻炎)患者234例进行过敏原检测,回顾性分析常见过敏性疾病患者中各类过敏原阳性率及其分布差异。结果过敏性疾病常见的过敏原有螨虫、环境化学、花粉、真菌、食品添加剂、动物等,食入类过敏原中阳性率最高是鱼类,湿疹阳性率为65.22%,荨麻疹为62.07%;吸入类过敏原以支气管哮喘花粉阳性率最高,为89.74%,昆虫螨虫为79.49%;接触类过敏原以鼻炎的霉菌检出率最高,为77.78%,环境化学物质为66.67%。与部分其他地区相比,恩施地区花粉、尘螨的检出率较高,与本地区植被及气候特点有一定关系。结论摩拉生物系统可用于过敏性疾病病因的检测,过敏原种类全。大多数过敏性疾病患者能找到过敏原,且以螨虫、环境化学、花粉、真菌等为主。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship of allergic disease onset and allergens,looking for common allergens in this kind of disease,and provide the basis for desensitization treatment and prevention for patients.Methods The German Mora(MORA) bio-resonance spectrometer was used in 234 cases of allergic patients(urticaria,eczema,asthma,purpura,rhinitis) for allergen detection.The various types of allergens positive rate in patients with common allergic diseases and the difference of the distribution were analyzed retrospectively.Results Allergic diseases′ common allergens were mites,environmental chemicals,pollen,mold,food additives,fungi,animals and so on.The highest positive rate of ingested allergens was fish,the positive of eczema was 65.22% and of urticaria was 62.07%;the highest positive rate of inhaled allergens was bronchial asthma pollen with the rate up to 89.74%,the rate of insect mites was 79.49%;the highest positive rate of contact allergens was rhinitis mold with a detection rate up to 77.78%,the rate of environmental chemicals was 66.67%.Pollen,dust mites detection rate were higher than some other regions,which may be related with the vegetation and climate characteristics in the region.Conclusion Mora biological systems can be used for the detection of allergens covering extensive allergen species.Allergens can be traced down in most patients with mites,environmental chemicals,pollen,and mold as the major allergens.
