聚精枸橘颗粒对畸形精子症患者精子形态学、运动能力及 DNA碎片影响的作用机制

摘    要:目的:基于多元线性回归模型初步分析了聚精枸橘颗粒干预畸形精子症临床疗效及作用机制,为进一步优化该领域中药组方临床治疗作探索.方法:采用随机分组对照的设计方法,分为标准对照组65例,实验组65例分别给予聚精丸与聚精枸橘颗粒,并对2组精子形态学、运动能力及DNA碎片值等先关指标进行检测分析.结果:多元线性回归模型分析的实验组治疗前后精液各重要相关指标大部分有显著统计学意义的指标重复,这在复杂统计学分析方法上论证了该研究的临床疗效,实验组总有效率42例(64.61%),对照组总有效率22例(33.84%).结论:聚精枸橘颗粒可以有效干预畸形精子症.

Abstract:Objective: Preliminary analysis based on multiple linear regression model the poly fine Gouju particles intervene in the clinical efficacy and the mechanism of abnormal sperm, to explore further optimize the clinical treatment of the field Traditional Chinese Medicine. Method: Randomized control design, divided into standard control group of 65 cases; experimental group, 65 cases were treated with poly pill poly fine Juju particles, first off, and two groups of sperm morphology, athletic ability and DNA fragmentation values indicators for detection analysis. Result: Multiple linear regression analysis of the experimental group before and after treatment, semen from each of the important indicators majority of Table 1-4 in each experimental group are statistically significant indicators of duplication, this complex statistical analysis on this study the clinical efficacy of the experimental group total efficiency of 42 (64.61%), control group, the total efficiency of 22 (33.84%). Conclusion: Poly fine Juju Gouju particles can effectively intervene in patients with Abnormal sperm.
