联合应用六味地黄丸治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的观察联合应用六味地黄丸治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法 50例儿童支气管哮喘患儿按抽签法随机分为联合应用组和对照组各25例,对照组单用皮质激素吸入治疗,联合应用组应用皮质激素吸入联合六味地黄丸口服治疗。观察两组的疗效及安全性。结果联合应用组最大呼气峰流速为（200.33±28.11）L/s,高于对照组（180.12±20.31）L/s,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。联合应用组治疗1年时哮喘急性发作次数、因哮喘急性发作而住院的次数分别为（0.69±0.62）次、（0.07±0.23）次,均低于对照组（1.34±0.42）次、（0.15±0.32）次,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;联合应用组呼气流量峰值达正常预计值人数为25人,多于对照组19人,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论联合应用六味地黄丸治疗儿童哮喘,其疗效显著优于单纯西医治疗。

Clinical observation on combined treatment with six-ingredient rehmannia pill for children with bronchial asthma

Objective Observe the safety and efficacy of combined treatment of six-ingredient rehmannia pill for childhood bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 50 children definitely diagnosed with asthma were randomly divided into two groups,25 in the combined group and 25 children in the control group.The combined group was treated with corticosteroids combined with six-ingredient rehmannia pill.The control group was treated with corticosteroids alone.The safety and efficacy of the two groups were closely observed.Results After the treatment,the PEFR average point in the combined group was（200.33±28.11）L/s,which was higher than that in the control group（180.12±20.31）L/s,the difference having statistical significance.During the one-year treatment,the average number of acute attack of asthma in the combined group and the control group was 0.69±0.62 and 1.34±0.42,respectively,which had statistical significance（P0.05）.As for the hospitalization of acute attack of asthma,the average number was 0.07±0.23 and 0.15±0.32,respectively,which had statistical significance（P0.05）.Respectively 25 children in the combined group and 19 children in the control group reached the normal expected PEFR number,which had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusions The curative effect of the combined application of six-ingredient rehmannia pill for childhood bronchial asthma is significantly better than pure western medicine therapy.
