人性化管理在门诊部护理管理中的应用

摘    要:门诊部通过开展“快乐护理”活动和运用各种激励机制,为护士营造和谐宽松的工作环境;加强对护士的培养,使护理人才优化组合,转变观念,实行人性化管理,提高了护士学习兴趣,改善了护士间的人际关系,增强了集体荣誉感,提高了门诊护理服务质量。

Abstract:A series of measures were carried out in the outpatient deparment to practice humanistic management,such as providing harmonious and relaxed working environment by holding "Happy-nursing activities" and applying various encouragement mechanisms,intensifying the training of nurses to achieve the optimization of qualified personnel and change their service ideas.This practice enhanced nurses' learning enthusiasm,improved their interpersonal relationship,strengthened their sense of group honor and promoted the quality of nursing service in outpatient department.
