逍遥散合西沙必利治疗便秘型肠易激综合征疗效观察

目的:观察逍遥散联合西沙必利治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法:将87例患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例口服逍遥散加减联合西沙必利,对照组41例口服西沙必利进行疗效对比.结果:治疗组总有效率为91.30%,对照组为82.93%,两组间比较有显著性差异,近、远期临床疗效及症状改善情况均优于对照组.结论:逍遥散联合西沙必利治疗便秘型肠易激综合征较单一促动力药优越.

Therapeutic Observation of Xiaoyao Powder Combine Xishabili Tablets on Constipation Type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaoyao Powder Combine Xishabili tablets on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:87 patients with IBS were randomly divided into treatment group(n=46) treated with Xiaoyao Powder Combine Xishabili tablets and control group(n=41) treated with Xishabili tablets for 4 week,then the curative effects between them were compared.Result:The total efficienocy of the treatment group was 91.30% while that of the control group was 82.93%,the difference between the two groups was obvious(P<0.05).The short-time,long-time therapeutic efficiency and improvement of major clinical symptoms on treatment group was better than control group.No obvious harmful reaction was found in clinic.Conclusion:To treat constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome with Xiaoyao Powder Combine Xishabili tablets is superior to single dynamic drug.
