复合小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼的护理研究

目的减少小梁切除术治疗青光眼术后较常发生的早期低眼压、浅前房及后期的滤过口疤痕化致滤道堵塞，从而使眼压复升，防止继续损害视功能的发生。方法我科采用复合小梁切除术的临床研究（即小梁切除＋丝裂霉素C＋可调节缝线）配合与之相适应的护理急救、心理护理、滤过泡护理、眼球按摩等护理技术，治疗护理原发性青光眼。结果复合式小梁切除术与小梁切除术手术前后眼压比较说明复合小梁手术对患者远期的眼压控制得更好。复合式小梁切除术与小梁切除术术后浅前房及视力比较，两组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过有效的手术治疗和护理，大大减少了术后早期与滤过过强相关的浅前房、低眼压等并发症的发生。

Composite trabeculectomy nursing primary glaucoma treatment Comparative Study

Objective To reduce glaucoma occurred more frequently the early hypotony, shallow anterior chamber and later scar the mouth of the filtration Road to filter plugging after trabeculectomy and prevent intraocular pressure rehabilitation and damage of the visual functional. Methods We introduced the composite trabeculectomy clinical study （ trabeculectomy ＋ mitomycin C ＋ adjustable suture） with corresponding to the first - aid care, psychological care, filtering bleb care, eye care and massage technology for primary glaucoma. Results Intraocular pressure is better to control after compound trabeculectomy than trabecnlectomy on the patients for a long - term. The difference of the visual and shallow anterior chamber is statistically significant between two groups（ P 〈 0.05） after treatment. Conclusion After effective treatment and care, it is effective to reduce the occurrence of shallow anterior chamber, hypotony, and other complications during early postoperation for strong filtration.
