| 摘 要： | 胰岛移植是治疗糖尿病的有效方法之一。胚体干细胞在体外定向分化为胰岛素分泌细胞为胰岛移植提供了足够的细胞来源。概述了近年来胚胎干细胞向胰腺细胞系的诱导分化所取得的进展。

| Abstract: | Islet transplantation is one of the effective methods for diabetic therapy. Insulin-producing cells oriently differentiated from embryonic stem cells provide enough cell sources for islet transplantation. The article reviews the progress of recent research on differentiation of embryonic stem cells into insulin-producing cells. |
