| 摘 要： | 目的探讨石林县农民选择村卫生室就诊原因，为制定新农合政策提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学现场研究方法进行研究。结果调查参加新型农村合作医疗农民200人，经过Logistic回归分析得出，农民选择村卫生室就诊原因主要是村卫生室服务态度好、收费低、随时都可以看病等。结论农民选择村卫生室就诊原因是多因素的。

| Abstract: | s Objective To explore the reason of participating new rural cooperative medical service (NRCMS) farmers choosing village clinic to see a doctor in Shilin County,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating NRCMS.
