| 摘 要： | 目的:观察整脊治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效。方法:152例随机分为治疗组和对照组各76例,治疗组采用整脊治疗,对照组采用牵引配合超短波理疗。结果:治疗组总有效率93.42%,对照组总有效率80.26%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:整脊治疗寰枢关节半脱位能针对病因纠正半脱位,恢复颈椎的动力学平衡,具有较好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：Chiropractic treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation of clinical efficacy.Methods：On 152 patients with atlantoaxial subluxation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,76 patients treated with chiropractic therapy;the control group,traction and ultrashort wave therapy,the treatment effect observed two groups.Results：Efficiency of the treatment group was 93.42%,control group was 80.26% efficient,2 groups was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chiropractic treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation can pinpoint the cause,correct the subluxation and restore the dynamic balance between cervical and has good clinical effect. |
