腹腔镜治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜癌的临床效果。方法:将2005年1月至2006年1月术前确诊为早期子宫内膜癌的86例患者分为2组,分别施以腹腔镜手术及开腹手术,研究两组患者围手术期及生存情况。结果:腹腔镜组与开腹组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腹腔镜组术后肛门排气时间早,住院时间短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术能取得与开腹手术同样的效果,可作为治疗子宫内膜癌的术式之一,但需在有条件的医院逐步开展。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic treatment of early endometrial cancer

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for endometrial cancer patients.Methods:Eighty-six patients with endometrial cancer with from Jan.2005 to Jan.2006 were divided into 2 groups according to receiving laparoscopic hysterectomy or not.And the operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume and the incidence of postoperative complications were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the operative time,bleeding volume and the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05),but the intestinal recovery time of laparoscopic hysterectomy is shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery can achieve the same effect as laparotomy,serve as a treatment for endometrial cancer.It should be gradually applied in qualified hospital.
