| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清尿酸水平与冠心病的相关性。方法选择103例疑诊冠心病并行冠脉造影检查的患者,分为冠心病组61例和对照组42例,检测并比较血清尿酸水平。结果冠心病组血清尿酸水平((340.00±99.61)μmol/L)显著高于对照组((299.45±89.35)μmol/L)(P<0.05),相关分析显示血清尿酸水平与冠脉狭窄指数呈正相关(P<0.05),多元Logistic回归分析显示冠心病的发病与尿酸水平有关。结论高尿酸血症与冠心病密切相关,是其独立危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to approach the correlation between serum uric acid(SUA) levels and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 103 cases of coronary angiography patients with uncertain CHD were selected and divided into CHD group included 61 patients and control group included 42 patients.The SUA levels in the two groups were detected.Results The SUA level in CHD group was(340±99.61) μmol/L which was significantly higher than that in control group which was(299.45±89.35) μmol/L(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that SUA levels were positively concerned with coronary stenosis index(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the pathogenesy of CHD was concerned with SUA levels.Conclusion Hyperuricemia is closely concerned with CHD and is one of independent risk factors of CHD. |
