| 摘 要： | 目的探讨五常法实施记事本在实施五常法中的应用效果,以保证五常法的持续实施。方法制定五常法实施标准、对照标准,检查五常法实施情况,将存在的问题记录于五常法实施记事本内。结果使用五常法记事本1年多以来,记录五常法检查内容313条,护士掌握了五常法实施标准,养成了严谨自律的工作习惯,营造了安全、舒适、整洁、高效的工作环境。结论五常法实施记事本是保证五常法得以长久实施,实现其最终目的——改变＂人质＂、养成工作规范认真习惯的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of five cardinal virtues notebook in the implementation of the five cardinal virtues and ensure the implementation of the five cardinal virtues.Methods Set up the five cardinal virtues standards and control standards. The implementation of the five cardinal virtues and the problems were record in the five cardinal virtues notebooks.Results 313 records of five cardinal virtues were reported . Nurses have grasped the standards of five cardinal virtues methods, developed a rigorous and self-discipline work habits, and created a safe, comfortable, clean and efficient working environment. Conclusion The five cardinal virtues notebook is a effective method for implementation of five cardinal virtues and ensure the nurses develop a earnest work habits. |
