| 摘 要： | 目的：研究调经祛斑胶囊有效成分芍药苷在大鼠体内的药代动力学特征，为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法（RP—HPLC）测定大鼠灌胃给予调经祛斑胶囊后不同时间血浆中芍药苷的浓度，DAs2．0药动软件计算芍药苷的药动学参数并拟合平均药物浓度-时间曲线。结果：大鼠给予调经祛斑胶囊后，芍药苷在大鼠的体内过程符合一室模型。结论：调经祛斑胶囊中芍药苷在大鼠体内消除较快。建立的血浆中芍药苷的分析方法简便、灵敏、重现性好，可用于芍药苷的药代动力学研究。

| Abstract: | Objective. To conduct a pharmacokinetics study of paeoniflorin in tiaojing quban capsules in rats. Methods.. After tiaojing quban capsules were administrated orally to rats, the plasma concentration of paeoniflorin was determined by RP-HPLC method. The pharmacokinetics parameters and concentration-time curve of paeoniflorin were calculated with DAS 2.0, software. Results： The pharmacoki netics of paeoniflorin in tiaojing quban capsules met with one-compartment model. Conclusion： The result demonstrated that the analytical method was sensitive, accurate and simple, and can be used to determine blood concentration of paeoniflorin. The paeoniflorin in tiaojing quban capsules shows fast in-vivo clearance after oral administration. |
