胃癌患者胃肠激素及胃电参数的变化研究

目的：探讨胃癌患者胃肠激素及胃电参数的变化情况。方法：选取2011年10月～2013年9月本院收治的85例胃癌患者为观察组，并以同时期的85例体检健康的同龄人为对照组，比较两组胃黏膜组织胃肠激素阳性率、血清胃肠激素水平及胃电参数指标，并比较不同分期者的上述检测指标。结果：观察组胃黏膜组织胃泌素（GAS）、胃动素（MTL）及生长抑素（SS）阳性率及血清GAS、MTL及SS水平均高于对照组，而胃黏膜组织胆囊收缩素（CCK）阳性率、血清CCK水平均低于对照组，胃电参数指标则均低于对照组，且不同分期者上述指标也存在较大的差异，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：胃癌患者胃肠激素及胃电参数的变化较大，且其中较多指标受疾病严重程度影响较大。

Change of gastrointestinal hormones and gastric electrical parameters of patients with gastric cancer

Objective. To explore the change situation of gastrointestinal hormones and gastric electrical parameters of patients with gastric cancer. Methods. A total of 85 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from October 2011 to September 2013 were selected as observation group,and 85 healthy persons as the control group. Positive rates of tissue gastrointestinal hormones, serum gastrointestinal hormones levels and gastric electrical parameters of two groups were detected and compared,then those indexes of patients with different stages were compared too. Results：The positive rates of tissue gastrointesti- nal hormones and serum gastrointestinal hormones levels of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group,the positive rate of CCK, serum CCK level and gastric electrical parameters were significantly lower than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in those indexes among patients at different stages （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Patients with gastric cancer show great changes in gastrointestinal hormones and gastric electrical parameters, and they are influenced by disease severity.
