炎琥宁配合微波在小儿上呼吸道感染所致急性外耳道炎中的临床应用

目的：探讨炎琥宁注射液配合微波在小儿上呼吸道感染所致急性外耳道炎中的临床效果。方法：选择来我院因急性外耳道炎就诊，并由于上呼吸道感染而收治入院的患儿中随机选取80例，根据不同的治疗方法分为观察组和对照组进行研究。观察组40例全部给予注射炎琥宁配合微波治疗，对照组40例则采用注射阿奇霉素，对两组疗效进行观察对比。结果：观察组的总有效率明显优于对照组，在治疗后的患儿临床症状、体征改善情况上，观察组和对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在对急性外耳道炎，尤其是因上呼吸道感染导致的患儿的治疗中，炎琥宁注射液配合微波体现了其良好的治疗效果，值得临床大范围应用。

Clinical application of Yanhuning combined with microwave therapy on otitis externa induced by acute upper respiratory tract infection

Objective： To investigate the effects of Yanhuning injection combined with microwave therapy on otitis externa induced by acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods. 80 children admitted to our hospital because of acute otitis externa and upper respiratory infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given Yanhuning injection combined with microwave therapy, while the control group was given azithromycin, then compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was significant better than that of the control group. Significant difference in clinical symptoms, improvement in physical signs were observed between the two groups. Conclusion： In acute otitis externa, especially for those induced by upper respiratory tract infection, Yanhuning injection combining with microwave show good therapeutic effect, it is worthy of a wide range of applications.
