妊高征患者血清脂联素与胎盘MMP-9检测的临床意义

目的：探讨妊高征（PIH）患者血清脂联素及胎盘基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）检测的临床意义。方法：以132例妊高征患者（轻度36例，中度56例，重度40例）为研究对象，62例正常孕妇为对照，比较各组血清脂联素水平及胎盘MMP-9的表达情况。结果：中、重度妊高征组与其他各组血清脂联素水平比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；胎盘MMP-9的表达：重度组与任意-组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），中度组与对照组比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05），其他组别比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）；妊高征患者血清脂联素与胎盘MMP-9的表达（细胞染色评分与阳性细胞百分率评分乘积）呈正相关（r=0．655，P〈0．05）。结论：妊高征患者脂联素与胎盘MMP-9表达的探讨对妊高征发病机制的深入研究提供了新的领域，对妊高征的防治有重要的临床意义。

Clinical significance of serum adiponectin level and placental matrix metal protease -9 detection in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective. To explore the application of serum adiponectin and placental matrix metal- loproteinase-9 （MMP-9） in diagnosis of pregnancy induced hypertension （PIH） patients. Methods： A total of 132 patients with PIH were selected as the research object, including 36 cases of mild PIH, 56 cases of moderate PIH, 40 cases of severe PIH syndrome, and another 62 normal pregnant women as control group. The expression of serum adiponectin and MMP 9 was measured and compared. Results. There was significant difference in serum adiponectin between moderate and severe group and other groups （P〈 0.05） ; there was significant difference in expression of MMP-9 in placenta between severe group and other groups （P〈0.05）, and the difference in MMP-9 between moderate group and control group was significant （P〈0.05）. Serum adiponectin of PIH was positively related with expression of MMP-9 in placenta （cell staining score multiply with the percentage of positive cells） （r= 0. 655, P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Serum adiponectin of PIH is positively related with expression of MMP-9 in placenta. It is of clinical significance for prevention and treatment of PIH.
