摘    要:目的:研究树突状细胞(DC)表面分子CD11c与协同刺激分子CD80、CD86在肠易激综合征(IBS)患者肠黏膜组织中的表达,探讨DC在IBS发病机制中的作用。方法:经结肠镜钳取40例IBS患者和40例正常对照者的乙状结肠黏膜标本,行病理组织学检查。采用免疫组化方法检测肠道黏膜CD11c、CD80及CD86的表达情况。结果:组织学分析表明两组均不存在明显的炎症性改变。IBS组CD11C、CD80及CD86的表达均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:IBS患者存在肠道免疫激活,DC可能参与IBS的免疫性致病过程,其具体机制有待于进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of dendritic cells(DC)surface antigen CD11c, costimulatory molecules(CDS0, CD86)intestinal mucosa in patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS), and to explore their roles in the pathogenesis of IBS. Methods. Mucosal specimens were harvested from sigmoid colon by colonscopy in 40 patients with IBS and 40 healthy controls, while histological diversification was evaluated by histological examination. Immunohistochemistry revealed the expression of intestinal surface molecules CD1 lc, costimulatory molecules (CDS0, CD86). Results. Histological examination showed that the two groups had no significant inflammatory changes. Compared with control group, the expression of CDllc,CDS0 and CD86 in sigmoid colon of IBS group were increased(P〈0.05). Conclusions: intestinal immune activation is presented in IBS patients, DC may be involved in the immunological pathogenesis of IBS,but the exact mechanism requires further study.
