痰热清对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者小气道功能及氧代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:研究痰热清对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者小气道功能及氧代谢的影响程度。方法:将本院收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为对照组(常规慢阻肺治疗组)和观察组(加用痰热清治疗组),每组各40例,然后将两组治疗前与治疗后不同时间点的小气道功能及氧代谢指标进行比较。结果:观察组治疗后3、7d及14d的小气道功能指标均高于对照组同时间点的检测指标,另外氧代谢指标也分别好于对照组相同时间点的检测结果,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组治疗后3、7d及14d的检测结果间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:痰热清对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者小气道功能及氧代谢的影响程度较大,对患者的氧供各方面相关状态均有较好的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective.To study and observe the influence degree of Tanreqing for the small airway function and oxygen metabolism of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods..80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into con- trol group(conventional COPD treatment group)and observation group(Tanrecling treatment group)with 40 cases in each group, then the small airway function and oxygen metabolism indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time points after the treatment were compared. Results-The small airway function indexes and oxygen metabolism indexes of observation group at third, seventh and fourteenth day after the treatment were all significant higher than those of control group at the same time points (P all〈0.05). Conclusion.The improvement of Tanreqing for the small airway function and oxygen metabolism of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are obvious.
