卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤558例临床病理分析

目的探讨卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤临床病理特征。方法对558例卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤占卵巢肿瘤的40.7%,占生殖细胞肿瘤的96.8%。可发生任何年龄,以20～45岁为多(86.3%),平均年龄32.7岁。临床主要症状为下腹痛或下坠感(72%),以单侧生长多见(91.6%),左右无明显差异;并发蒂扭转116例(20.8%),感染29例(5.2%),恶变8例(1.4%),破裂7例(1.3%),复发6例(1.1%)。组织学检查,外、中、内三个胚叶组织分别占100%、76.2%及38%。结论对于卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤应及时手术,以减少并发症的发生。

Clinical Pathologicl Analysis Of 558 Cases Of Benign Ovarian Teratomas

Objective To evaluate the clinical pathological characters of benign ovarian teratomas.Methods The clinical datas of 558 cases with benign ovarian teratomas were reviewed.Results Benign ovarian teratomas occupied 40.7% of ovary tumour and 96.8% of gonioma.It can happen at any stage in one's live,especially at 20 to 45 years old(average 32.7),and 86.3% of series were at the stage.The main clinical symptom of 72% of them was hypogastralgia or bearingdown.91.6% of them were lateralized.The difference of bilateral accidence was unevident.There were 116 cases of concurrent pediculotorsion,29 cases of concurrent infectivity,8 cases of concurrent canceration,7 cases of concurrent effraction and 6 cases of concurrent recidivation.As the results of histological examination,the ratioes from ectomesoderm,mesoderm and endomsderm were respectively 100%,76.2% and 38%.Conclusion Operation should been done in time,which contributes to reduce the occurrence of complication.
