牙科手机空转冲洗控制润滑油环境污染的时效性研究

摘    要:目的探讨在手机工作前用空转冲洗的方法排除残留在手机水、气管腔的润滑油来控制油雾对环境污染的效果,并分析不同的注油方式、手机冲洗时间与效应的时效关系。方法选择相同品牌高速手机15只,分为3个研究组,每组5只手机,采用短注油、短注油+冲气和手工注油3种方式注油,用纱布擦净手机表面油迹,纸塑包装后高压灭菌,使用前分别在口腔综合治疗台空转冲洗手机管路,冲洗90 s,每30 s留取水样1份,共45份,用四氯化碳溶剂萃取水样中润滑油。结果不同注油方式、不同冲洗时间水样中的润滑油含量不同,组间差异有统计学意义(F=6.931,P=0.010),短注油+冲气组3份水样润滑油含量均比短注油组和手工注油组含量小,差异有统计学意义,不同注油方式均在30 s空转时间内水样润滑油含量最大,不同时间段差异有统计学意义(F=333.342,P=0.000),不同注油方式与时间之间无交互作用(F=1.735,P=0.175),在冲洗31~60 s、61~90 s时间段润滑油含量呈逐渐下降,不同注油方式随空转冲洗时间的增加,油含量变化趋势类同。结论短注油+冲气的注油方式是理想的手机注油方式,值得临床推广,手机空转冲洗能有效降低牙科手机管腔残留润滑油的含量。建议临床在手机工作前空转冲洗水路90 s或者适当延长空转时间,能有效控制润滑油对环境污染。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate and quantifv the discharge of lubricating oil from dental handpieces through spraying whilst running and observe the effectiveness of different methods of spraying and water running time.Methods Fifteen handpieces were divided into groups according to methods of spraying and water running time and after flushing,specimens were collected separately after water running for 30 s,60 s,90 s respectively.NDIK was used to measure the amount of oil in specimens extracted by carbon tetrachloride-CCL4.Results There was intergroup statistical significance of oil contamination in three groups (F=6.931,P=0.010).Oil contamination reduced when the dental handpieces were flushed from 31 to 60s and from 61 to 90s.Conclusion Oil contamination in dental handpieces lumen can be reduced by water running significantly.
