| 摘 要： | 用免疫组化方法检测37例胃癌前病变，23例胃癌前疾病，15例浅表性胃炎和8例正常胃粘膜组织中P21ras的表达，发现肠化生和非典型增生组织中P21ras阳性率最高，分别为61．9％和62．5％．胃溃疡、胃息肉和残胃这三种胃癌前疾病组织中P21ras的阳性率与浅表性胃炎和正常胃粘膜之间无差别，提示P21ras高表达主要出现在胃癌前病变。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect the expression of P21rasamong 37 cases of precancerous gastric lesions, 23 cases of precancerous gastric diseases, 15 cases of superficial gastritis and 8 cases of normal mucosa. The results showed that the positive rates of p21ras were the highest in enteric metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia. It was 61. 9% and 62.5% respectively. There was no differenec in the positive rates of P21ras in gastric ulcer,gastric polypus and gastric remnant. This finding suggested that the overexpressions of P21ras might be initiated in gastric percancerous lesions. |
