摘    要:目的探讨不同基因型(GT)慢性乙型肝炎﹙乙肝﹚患者体内氧化损伤的情况。方法检测30例慢性乙肝患者的基因型、氧化损伤指标(丙二醛、抗坏血酸)、肝功能、乙型肝炎病毒﹙HBV﹚DNA,并进行统计学分析。结果慢性乙肝患者基因型C型组与B型组比较:血清中ALT水平高,丙二醛水平明显高,抗坏血酸水平明显低。在基因型B型、C型及全部乙肝患者体内,丙二醛浓度与ALT水平呈明显正相关,抗坏血酸浓度与ALT水平呈明显负相关;丙二醛浓度与抗坏血酸浓度与HBV DNA水平无明显相关。结论基因型C型患者较基因型B型患者体内存在较严重的氧化损伤。氧化损伤是引起基因型C型患者出现较重临床表现的重要机制。HBV DNA的水平与患者的基因型及氧化损伤水平无明显关系。

Abstract:Objective To study oxidative stress in patients with genotype B and C chronic hepatitis B. Methods Malondialdehyde(MDA) and ascorbic acid were measured as markers of oxidative stress in 30 patients with chronic hepatitis B,besides HBV genotypes,HBV DNA and ALT;then obtained data were analysed statistically.Results ALT and MDA were significantly higher, and ascorbic acid was significantly lower in patients with genotype C than patients with genotype B(P<0.05). MDA was significantly correlated with ALT, and ascorbic acid was significantly correlated, in patients with GT B and C groups and all the patients. A significant relationship was not found between HBV DNA and other indices of oxidative stress.Conclusion There is a severe oxidative damage in patients with genotype C. Oxidative stress is an important mechanism of severe clinical syndrome in patients with genotype C. HBV DNA has no relationship with genotypes and oxidative stress.
