柯萨奇病毒B组感染与小儿过敏性紫癜发病的关系

目的 :为探讨柯萨奇病毒B组感染与小儿过敏性紫癜发病的关系。方法 :应用ELISA法检测 37例过敏性紫癜及 4 0例上呼吸道感染患儿血清中柯萨奇病毒B组特异性抗体 (CBV -IgM)。结果 :过敏性紫癜组血清CBV -IgM阳性 17例 (4 5 .95 % ) ,对照组阳性 4例 (10 .0 0 % ) ,两组比较差异有非常显著性 ,X2 =12 .5 2 ,P <0 .0 1。 37例过敏性紫癜患儿中血清Adv及RSV阳性各 2例 ,CMV抗体均阴性。结论 :柯萨奇病毒B组感染与小儿过敏性紫癜发病密切相关 ,可能是过敏性紫癜的病因之一。

Relationship between coxsackie viruses B infection and children allergic purpura

Objective: To investigate the relationship between CBV infection and children allergic purpura.Methods:ELISA technique was used to detect the CBV specific IgM antibody in 37 cases children allergic purpura and 40 cases children upper respiratory infection .Results: CBV-IgM was detected in 45.95%(17/37) of the allergic purpura group and in 10%(4/40) of the normal control group. There are significant different between the two groups (x 2=12.52 p<0.01) Both Adv and Rsv were found in two cases, and CMV-antibody was negetive of the 37 cases allergic purpura children. Conclusions: coxsackie viruses B infection is associated with children allergic purpura, and may play a role in the development of allergic purpura.
