摘    要:从牙周病厌氧菌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株出发,通过基因工程方法-PCR技术,调出其抗体的重链和轻链基因可变区序列,体外重组后得到单链抗体ScFv片段,克隆到了pCANTAB5载体上,在Escherichia coli TG1中得到成功表达

Abstract:We made a few observations on dimethylsulfoxide(group A),allopurinol(group B)and their combination(group C)against stress-induced injuries in the rats which have undergone cold-restraint-stress.In comparison with saline group(group D),it is showed that the lipid-peroxidation and stress-induced injuries in stomach and lungs can be alleviated in group A and B(P<005)and dimethysulfoxide and allopurinol can provide a certain protection for the rats during stress.
