全科团队运行效率调查与分析

目的探讨现阶段全科团队运行的效率。方法对静安区全科团队长进行有关全科团队投入产出和最大潜在产出的问卷调查。结果在目前成本下，团队产出和最大的潜在产出有较大的差距，团队自身主观能动性的发挥不够成为影响全科团队效率的主要因素，同时团队自身管理水平不高影响着全科团队效率的提升。结论现阶段全科团队的效率处于中等水平，改变这种状况需要有步骤、分阶段的有力举措。

Survey and Analysis of Efficiency of Community General Practitioners Team

Objective To survey and analyze the efficiency of community general practitioners team. Methods The special questionnaire of service quantity and efficiency of general practitioners team was designed. The leaders of community general practitioners team in Jing＇ an district were investigated. Results The disparity between current service quantity and the latent most service quantity was obvious under the present cost. The insufficient initiative of the members in team was the primary factor that affects the team efficiency. The low management level in the team brought also the low efficiency. Conclusions At present stage, the efficiency team is in the medium level. The powerful action should be taken to change this condition step by step.
