斑贴试验系列抗原在皮肤科的临床应用

斑贴试验（简称班试）可帮助皮肤科医生对接触性皮炎或皮炎湿疹类皮肤病进行诊断及防治。目前，国内外斑贴试验的方法有多种，我科参照南京医学院第一附属医院皮肤科研制的标准筛选抗原，对20例接触性皮炎及皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者进行斑贴试验，结果显示，有17例呈现一项或两项阳性反应，总阳性率85％，表明本试验是一种快速、简便的寻找接触性致敏原的方法。

Clinical use of antigen system of patch test in Dermatology

At present,there are many ways of patch test in China and aborad. We have made the patch test to 20 cases of contact dermatitis and anaphylactoid eczematoid dermatitis according to standard of screening antigen made by the Dermatological Department of No. 1 Affilated Hospital of Nanjing Medical College. 17 cases are positive reactions with one or two types of antigen system. The total positive rate is 85%. We think that the patch test is a rapid,simple way of findingcontacted sensitinogen.
