| 摘 要： | 目的：针对胃大部切除术后胃轻瘫发生的原因，探讨中西医结合治疗的新方法。方法：对19例胃大部切除术后胃轻瘫，用中西医结合的方法进行治疗，对其效果进行分析。结果：经中西医结合治疗，胃轻瘫患者不需手术均基本恢复。治疗时间7－59d，平均24．2d。结论：中西医结合的方法对胃轻瘫治疗有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine of gastroparesis after radical gastrectomy in accordance with its cause and to develop a new method of treating gastroparesis Methods:19 cases of gastroparesis after radical gastrectomy,that were treated by integrated medicine and to anylyze its effect.Results:Cases of gastroparesis after radical gastrectomy that were treated by integrated medicine instead of operation could basically rcover.Conclusion:The integrated treatment of gastroparesis after radical gastrectomy can have satisfactory effects. |
