摘    要:中草药及其他植物药在我国及东南亚国家应用广泛,在欧美也逐渐受到重视,一些中草药及植物药可能诱导或抑制肝脏细胞色素P450(CYP)药物代谢酶,从而引起自身及其他合用药物代谢的改变,因此可能导致药物不良反应和药物相互作用。

Abstract:Plant drug (including Chinese herbal medicine) are used widely in China and other southeast Asian countries. Some these drugs can inhibit or induce liver cytochrome P450 activity. Thereby influence drug metabolism and maybe cause drug adverse action and toxicity. This article reviews the effect of Chinese herbal medicine and other plant drugs including food on cytochrome P450 reported in recent literature.
