依托咪酯与丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉诱导效果对比观察

摘    要:目的:对比依托咪酯与丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉诱导效果。方法将58例支气管检查的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例。观察组予丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼诱导。对照组予依托咪酯和瑞芬太尼诱导。观察和记录2组检查时间、入睡时间、苏醒时间、注射痛、供氧不良、低血压、心动过缓和恶心、呕吐不良事件发生率。结果观察组的苏醒时间短于对照组,注射痛和低血压的发生率高于对照组,但恶心、呕吐的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉诱导过程中使用丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼靶控输注可缩短患者的苏醒时间,降低恶心、呕吐等不良事件的发生率,可获得良好的麻醉诱导效果。

Abstract:Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of etomidate and propofol in target-controlled in fusion.Meth-ods 58 cases patients with bronchial diseases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 29 ca-ses.Observation group was treated by propofol and remifentanil,Control group was treated by etomidate and remifentanil.After treatment,compared the check time, sleep time, recovery time, injection pain, poor oxygen supply, hypotension, bradycardia, nausea,vomiting and adverse events of 2 groups.Results The recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of con-trol group,the incidence of injection pain and hypotension of observation group was higher than that of control group,the inci-dence of nausea,vomiting was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclu-sion The etomidate and propofol in target-controlled in fusion can shorten the patient′s recovery time,reduce the incidence of nausea,vomiting and other adverse events,get a good anesthetic induction.
