阿司匹林与灯盏花素联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效对比观察

目的：对比观察阿司匹林、灯盏花素分别联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死（ ACI）的临床疗效。方法将206例ACI患者随机分为观察组和对照组各103例。观察组给予阿司匹林联合依达拉奉治疗，对照组给予灯盏花素联合依达拉奉治疗，2组于治疗2、4周后采用欧洲卒中量表（ ESS）进行评定，日常生活能力量表（ ADL－R）评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗前2组ESS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。治疗后2组第2、4周ESS评分均高于入院时，且观察组治疗4周后ESS评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。2组治疗前ADL－R评分无差异（P＞0．05）。治疗4周后，2组ADL－R评分均低于入院时，且观察组低于对照组（ P＜0．01）。结论阿司匹林联合依达拉奉治疗ACI能较好地改善患者的神经缺损功能，具有很高的临床疗效，提高了患者的预后生活质量。

Clinical comparative observation of aspirin and breviscapine combined with edaravone in acute cerebral infarction

Objective To compared the clinical efficacy of aspirin and breviscapine combined with edaravone in a-cute cerebral infarction.Methods 206 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 103 cases.observation group was treated by aspirin combined with edaravone,control group was treated by breviscapine combined with edaravone.After treatment,compared the degree of neurological deficit score,the total effective rate and the activity of daily living scale（ADL）score of 2 groups.Results The total efficacy of observation group（91.3%） was higher than that of control group（79.6%）,the difference was statisticcally significant（P〈0.05）.The difference of ESS score of 2groups before treatment was no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The 2nd and 4th week′s ESS score of 2 groups was higher than that before treatment,and the ESS Score of observation group of 4th weeks was higher than that of control group,the difference was statisticcally significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The difference of ADL-R score of 2 groups before treatment was no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The 4 ADL-R score of 2 groups was higher than that before treatment,and the ADL-R score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statisticcally significant（P〈0.01）.Conclu-sion Aspirin cornbined with edaravone in acute cerebral can improve the nevrological deficit,has an good effect,improve the patient′s life quality.
