| 摘 要： | 目的：建立用HPLC法同时测定丹参胶囊中丹参素钠和原儿茶醛含量的检测方法。方法：研究丹参胶囊中丹参素钠和原儿茶醛的含量检测方法。ODS为固定相;甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液（17∶83）为流动相;检测波长280nm。结果：丹参素钠在0.0499～0.4990mg.ml-1浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.34%（RSD=1.34%）;原儿茶醛在0.0118～0.1180mg.ml-1浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.25%（RSD=1.39%）。结论：本法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,重现性好,可以用于控制丹参胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of sodium danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen Capsules.Methods: Study on determination method of sodium danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen Capsules.Stationary phase was ODS;mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid solution(17∶83);UV detection wavelength was 280nm.Results: The linear ranges of sodium danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde were 0.0499～0.4990mg·ml-1 and 0.0118～0.1180mg·ml-1,respectively;the correlation coefficients were 0.9999 and 0.9999,respectively;the average recoveries were 99.34%(RSD=1.734%) and 99.25%(RSD=1.39%),respectively.Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It was suitable for the determination of tanshinol sodium and protocatechualdehyde in Danshen Capsules. |
