| 摘 要： | 目的观察普米克都宝吸人治疗儿童哮喘的疗效。方法对50例哮喘儿童使用普米克都宝吸人治疗，同时峰流速仪监测肺功能，跟踪观察6～12个月。结果显效38例，有效11例，无效1例，总有效率98％。治疗前后最大呼气峰速值(PEFR)在治疗12个月后较治疗6个月及治疗前明显增加。治疗期间未发生不良反应。结论普米克都宝吸人治疗儿童哮喘疗效显著，方法简单，安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of pulmicort turbuhaler by inhalation therapy on children with asthma. Methods Fifty patients with asthma were treated with pulmicort Turbuhaler by inhalation therapy. Pulmonary function was monitored with expiratory peak-velocimeter for 6 months to 12 months. Results Among 50 cases, 38 cases were significant effective, 11 cases were effective, and 1 case failed to respond. The total effective rate was 98%. Peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) after 12 months was higher than that after 6 months and before treatment. No obvious side-effects appeared during treatment. Conclusions The inhalution therapy with pulmicont Turbuhaler is an effective, simple, safe and reliable treatment for children with asthma without side-effect. |
