| Abstract: | Two cases of renal transplantation in pediatric patients with Laurence-Moon-Biedl syndrome are reported. Immunosuppressive therapy consisted of cyclosporine, prednisone and azathioprine. Renal function has been good but both patients developed morbid obesity. |
