微量酶化学法检测早期胃癌血型前体T抗原与早期筛查方法研究

血型前体β-D-Gal(1→3)-D-GalNAc配基,可被半乳糖苷氧化酶修饰后,与Schiff试剂呈色,据此,建立了一种酶化学法检测该肿瘤相关血型前体T抗原技术。31例早期胃癌的组织学水平检测表明,癌细胞表达该抗原阳性率为64.8%,再生细胞及不典型增生细胞极高频率表达该抗原。微量胃液涂膜酶化学法检测该抗原,筛查胃癌结果表明:该法诊断胃病的阳性率为胃癌92.99%,胃十二指肠溃疡20%,胃糜烂再生68.8%,胃粘膜炎症12.5%。其诊断胃癌的敏感度92.9%;特异度78.3%;阳性预测值53.1%;阴性预测值97.6%,准确度81.3%,提示该方法适宜于筛查早期胃癌。

THE EXPRESSION OF PRECURSOS T ANTIGEN OF ELOOD GROUP SUBSTANCE IN STOMACH CANCER DETECTED BY ENZYME CHEMISTRY

According to precursor T antigen stained by (?)chiff's reagent after oxidased by galactose oxidean a enzyme chemical method were eatablished. The results for 31 cases of early stomach cancer showed positive ratio 64.8%, also highly expression in regenerative cell and dysplasia in adjacent mucoca of cancer. Screening gastric cancer by this method for micro-gastric liquid smear in metricel membrane filter showed lositive ratio 92.9% for stomach cancer, 20% for gastroduodenum ulcer 68.8% for gastric erosion and 12.5% for gastritis. The diagnostic sensitivity of stomach cancer was 92.9%, specificity was 78.3%, positive value was 53.1%, and negative value was 97.3% The result indicated this method was applicable to screening early stomach cancer.
