| 摘 要： | 测定35名正常人和32例脑血栓形成急性期患者血浆t-PA活性、PLG含量及PL活性。发现:脑血栓患者t-PA活性低于正常人;PLG含量高于正常人;PL活性虽比正常人高,但仍在正常值范围,且脑血栓患者t-PA活性与PLG含量变化呈直线负相关。说明脑血栓形成急性期纤溶系统功能降低。

| Abstract: | The activity of t-PA, the concentration of PLG and the activity of PL in plasma were measured 32 patients with acute cerebral thrombcsis and in 35 normal contral. The results showed that the activity of t-PA in patients was lewer than that in normal control; the concentratien of PLG was higher than that in normal contral; though it was higher than that in normal contral, the activity of PL was still in the normal range. In addition, a negative linear ccrrelation between the activity of t-PA and the concentration of PLG in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis was found. This indicated that the activity ef fibrolytic system decreased in acute cerebral thrombosis. |
