分光光度法测定复方制剂中葡萄糖酸亚铁的含量

摘    要: 用邻二氨菲试液与Fe ̄(2+)生成橙红色化合物,因不受其它成分干扰,可直接用分光光度法测定复方制剂中葡萄糖酸亚铁的含量。浓度在4~24μg/ml,回归方程为C=0.09497X一0.002066,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.82%(n=6)。本方法测定结果准确,快速,方便,可广泛用于各种亚铁盐复方制剂的含量测定。

Abstract:Ferrous iron can gave orange-red complex when treated with 1, 10-phenanthroline。An accurate,rapid and simple spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination offerrous gluconate in composite preparation。 This method was not interference by other compo-nents; The linear range was 4~24 μg/ml,r=0. 9999,and its average recovery was 99.7%,(RSD=0.82%,n=6)。
