分光光度法测定复方制剂中葡萄糖酸亚铁的含量

 用邻二氨菲试液与Ｆｅ￣（２＋）生成橙红色化合物，因不受其它成分干扰，可直接用分光光度法测定复方制剂中葡萄糖酸亚铁的含量。浓度在４～２４μｇ／ｍｌ，回归方程为Ｃ＝０．０９４９７Ｘ一０．００２０６６，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率为９９．７％，ＲＳＤ＝０．８２％（ｎ＝６）。本方法测定结果准确，快速，方便，可广泛用于各种亚铁盐复方制剂的含量测定。

Spectrophotometric determination of ferrous gluconate in compositepreparation

Ferrous iron can gave orange-red complex when treated with 1, 10-phenanthroline。An accurate,rapid and simple spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination offerrous gluconate in composite preparation。 This method was not interference by other compo-nents; The linear range was 4～24 μg/ml,r=0. 9999,and its average recovery was 99.7%,(RSD=0.82%,n=6)。
