特发性血小板减少性紫癜与幽门螺杆菌感染的临床分析

目的 分析抗幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染治疗在特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）治疗中的作用。方法 对39例ITP患者进行HP检测。对HP阳性的患者在原治疗方案基础上加用根除HP治疗。监测血小板数及血小板抗体的恢复情况。结果 22例HP阳性的ITP患者在治疗ITP同时加用抗HP治疗，转阴的16例患者与对照组HP阴性的17例ITP患者在治疗后比较，血小板数比较差异有统计学意义，血小板抗体比较差异也有统计学意义。HP根除后血小板数及血小板抗体恢复明显。结论 HP感染是ITP诸多发病因素之一，根除HP治疗可能为HP感染的ITP患者提供了一个新的非免疫治疗的方法。

Clinical analysis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura with helicobater pylori infection

[Objective] To analyze the effect of HP eradication in the therapy of ITP. [Methods] HP infection was examined in 39 patients with ITP. HP eradication therapy based on the primary therapy of ITP in HP-positive patients, platelet count and platelet antibody was monitored. [Results] HP eradication therapy based on the primary therapy of ITP in 22 HP-positive patients with ITP. The 16 patients with eradicated HP infection showed significant increase in platelet counts and decrease in platelet antibody compared with 17 patients who were HP-negative. There were statistical differences. [Conclusion] HP infection is one of the etiopathologies in ITP. The eradication of the HP infection seems to supply a new non-immunity therapy in ITP with HP infection.
