摘    要:目的探讨用B超测量子宫全切术后残余尿在术后尿潴留防治中作用,并分析其发生的相关因素。方法回顾性分析B超对本组114病例子宫全切术后残余尿尿量监测,以及术后尿潴留发生率与手术范围及术后泌尿系统感染情况。结果B超能准确地监测子宫全切术后残余尿,发现尿潴留共31例,其中恶性疾病组术后尿潴留发生率为34.1%/(28/82),良性疾病组术后尿潴留发生率9.5%(3/32),两组比较差异有显著性。尿潴留患者泌尿系感染发生率明显高于未发生尿潴留者。结论用膀胱超声扫描这种非侵入式方法来动态评估膀胱残余尿量,它能及时监测术后尿潴留的发生,证实有膀胱排空障碍,评估临床干预措施的效果,减少反复尿路置管。

The clinical significance of B-ultrasound in the measurement of residual urine after hysterectomy

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of measurement of residual urine through B-ultrasound after hysterectomy in the prevention of urinary retention. Methods A retrospective analysis of B-ultrasound in the measurement of residual urine volume of 114 patients after hysterectomy, and the relation between incidence of urinary retention after operation and range of operation, and urinary system infection after operation. Results B-ultrasound could detect correctly the residual urine after hysterectomy. 34 patients with urinary retention were found. The incidence of urinary retention was 34.1% (28/ 82) in the group of patients with malignant diseases and the other one was 9. 5% (3/32) in the group of patients with benign diseases. The difference was significant between the two groups. The incidence of urinary retention of patients with urinary system infection was higher than the one without urinary sys- tem infection. Conclusions With evaluation dynamically of residual urinary volume in bladder through invasive B-ultrasonic scan, the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention can be timely diagnosed and treated, and bladder emptying disorder can be confirmed, and the usages of retained catheter are reduced in evaluation of effect of clinical intervention measures
